Public Member
Success Profile Survey

A success profile defines the behaviors, competencies, practices, and values that are critical for success in a role. This profile describes what is required of a public member on a health professional regulatory board, both today and in the future.

Public members play a critical role in representing the public interest, supporting fair decision-making, and ensuring accountability in regulatory processes.

This effort focuses on refining the success profile for those serving on health professional regulatory boards (e.g., medical, nursing, and other licensing boards). Below, you will be asked to provide feedback to ensure the profile is accurate, relevant, and useful in practice.

This is a confidential survey. Data will be reviewed in aggregate, and you will not be identified. If you have questions or issues completing the survey, please contact Taylor Grenn at Vantage Leadership Consulting (tgrenn@vantageleadership.com).
The survey takes 5–6 minutes to complete
